Andouille Sausage & Raked Chicken Gumbo over rice & beans Slow-simmered gumbo stock loaded with smoked andouille sausage, hand-raked chicken bites, and the holy trinity (onion, pepper, celery). Poured over rice and beans. Smoky, spicy, and soul-warming.

Tender chicken bites marinated and tossed in our original Jerk Barbecue chicken seasoning, paired with sweet, little bursts of pineapple tidbits over a bed of fluffy rice w/side and bread. A perfect balance of savory and sweet in every bite.

Shrimp seasoned in a bold Cajun Creole blend, served over pasta soaked in a carefully blended mixture of Alfredo and three cheeses — creamy with a kick of heat. Tossed with bell peppers throughout, finished with a sprinkle of dry parsley w/side and bread. A delightful seafood and pasta combination.
